BOMA MEASUREMENTS & BUILDING AS-BUILDS
Accurate measurements and documentation of existing conditions including drywalls, ceiling grids and lighting, power, LAN, Phone, HVAC supply & return, Fire strobes, sprinklers and Exit signs.
Preparing full set of As-Builds on AutoCAD:
Floor Plans, Ceiling Plans, Furniture & Equipment plans, HVAC, power, Fire & Data.
Providing square foot data using BOMA standards for calculating usable area, common areas and optimum rentable area.

SPACE PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Providing innovative workplace solutions for Federal and Corporate clients including floor plans for new offices, renovation/modification of existing offices.
Providing project management including timeline chart,s schedules and coordination.
Coordinating with MEP, furniture vendor and Building to move the project forward towards construction, furniture & equipment installation, and completion.
3D Modeling and rendering of new designs using AutoCAD and REVIT.
SPACE UTILIZATION AND CONSOLIDATION
Providing color-coded floor plans of space showing location of groups, Federal and Contractor staff, vacant spaces, common areas and service areas.
Prepare detailed analysis on spreadsheets.
Prepare and implement Federal consolidation schemes to consolidate and reduce space footprint, consolidate common areas.
Recommend and implement sustainable products and energy conservation schemes.
